I agree completely. Feel free to break it up into sub-pages. Using "here" was just a way to get started. This is my first Wiki document and it provided me with a chance to learn how to create a page. However, we do need to provide background information on what we know about the spectrum of shear (and strain) in a turbulent flow, because estimating a spectrum is the principle method of estimating dissipation rates. I created four new fundamental pages, an at each page end I added to link to the logical next page to read, for people that just browse around. I have not yet added a fundamental page for the last subheading, as this is new research rather than a fundamental (right?) and I do not know how to deal with it.
