if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

This form defines short pages that describe concepts i.e., theories and data analysis concepts, which may be reused throughout the wiki. As of late 2021, all these pages will be categorized as concepts, which are either

  • <150 words with supporting citation and sketch.
  • longer pages that may have section headings (<500 words)

which differ mainly by their length. Please separate in to smaller concepts as much as possible.

What this form does

The form passes the fields to this template, so they can be formatted according to the template’s specifications. The template assigns the Category:Concept and any (optional) instrument-specific category if requested by the user.

How to use the form

First ensure no page already exists using the search tool! If none exists, use the input box below.

Please create pages using a descriptive title page. This will help make the category list more meaningful. For example, creating a page named Velocity despiking is a more meaningful title than despike.
