| Decomposition of a time series of a measured parameter into time mean and fluctuating components |
This is the common definition for Reynolds decomposition, but other definitions maybe discussed within the wiki.
In progress: Decomposition of a time series of a measured parameter such as temperature and velocity components into time mean and fluctuating components. The deviation from the mean can be further decomposed into waves and turbulent fluctuations.
