These parameters must be set prior to apply the structure function techniques to your ADCP measurements:
- Set evaluation spatial scale
- options dependent on bin size and beam range
- theory based on homogenous isotropic turbulence
- delta b calculation
- determine the percentage of instances in a burst when delta b can be calculated for separation distance delta r at a location r
- distribution of delta b / delta b squared values – the impact of outliers and resilience of mean
