This form defines short pages that describe concepts i.e., theories and data analysis concepts, which may be reused throughout the wiki.  The two types:
* Concepts: <150 words with supporting citation and sketch.
* Fundamentals: longer pages which may have section headings (<500 words)
which differ mainly by their length.  Please separate into smaller concepts as much as possible.
