This form defines short pages that describe concepts i.e., theories and data analysis concepts, which may be reused throughout the wiki. The two types:

  • Concepts: <150 words with supporting citation and sketch.
  • Fundamentals: longer pages which may have section headings (<500 words)

which differ mainly by their length. Please separate into smaller concepts as much as possible.

What this form does

The form passes the fields to this template, so they can be formatted according to the template’s specifications. The template will assigns eiher the Category:Concept or Category:Fundamentals category, and any (optional) instrument-specific category if requested by the user.

How to use the form

First ensure no page already exists through the Category:Concept or Category:Fundamentals category lists, alternative using the search tool! If none exists, use the input box below.

Please create pages using a descriptive title page. This will help make the category list more meaningful. For example, creating a page named Velocity despiking is more meaningful title than despike.
