R_MAX - maximum R_DEL separation distance used for the regression, dimensions should be N_BEAM and units is meters
REGRESSION_COEFFICIENT_A0 - intercept from the regression of DLL against R_DEL, indicative of noise, units is meter**2 / second**2
REGRESSION_COEFFICIENT_A1 - regression coefficient from the regression of DLL against R_DEL used in the calculation of [math]\displaystyle{ \varepsilon }[/math], units is meter**(4/3) / second**2
