Benchmark datasets for ADCP structure function

These benchmark datasets will cover a range of marine environments, background stratification and flow fields. These benchmark datasets are provided at several different processing stages and with associated spectra. The 4 versions of each dataset will include

1. "Raw" data: not binary straight from the instrument, but converted into physical quantities
2. QAQC1 level: pre-processed cleaned-up "raw" data
3. Processed spectra
4. Turbulence quantities: ε
