Reorganize?

CynthiaBluteau (talk) 22:29, 29 October 2021 (CEST) feels this could be endling page that explains the epsilon procedure. For example, I'll sweep across the spectra, estimating epsilon and many statistics over sections of the spectra before doing a final fit. Step 1 and 2 are done together/iterative way... not sequentially.

All the bulleted error items could become their own pages.
