What this form does
This form captures information required to define short theoretical or analysis concepts, that may be reused throughout the wiki. The form can also be used to define longer pages called Fundamentals.
The form passes the fields to this template, so they can be formatted according to the template’s specifications.
The template also automatically assigns each entry the Category:Concept, and any (optional) instrument specific category if requested by the user.
