Section: Data time series prior to FFT segmentation. e.g,: For a profiler a section would be a profile.

Segment: Block of NFFT sample (i.e. 4096 sample) on which one will compute the spectrum.

Main page appearance

• I tried to give our main page (where new users land = very important, first impressions matter etc) a make-over. Let me know what you think. Clicking on the picture opens the picture (as it should); but perhaps it is better to link the pictures to corresponding subgroup pages instead (like the text)? Ilker (talk) 21:07, 9 November 2021 (CET)

• I already corrected the pictures, Cynthia was right. I wanted to let the pictures point to the subgroup pages, that was when I messed everything up :) but I'll keep on trying! Must be possible... KikiSchulz (talk) 21:13, 9 November 2021 (CET)
