The bias induced by the Goodman [1] vibration-coherent corrections algorithm is corrected by dividing the spectrum by 1−1.02NvNf where Nv is the number of signals that are used to remove coherent noise in the shear-probe signals and Nf is the number of fft-segments that are used to estimate the shear spectrum [2].
